Appointment Deposits:

At La Bionda Hair Salon, we necessitate a non-refundable deposit of $80 to confirm all colour and lightening appointments. This charge acts as a reservation fee and is credited against your total service cost on the day of your visit.

In the event of rescheduling, your deposit will be retained as a reservation fee for future bookings. However, it cannot be refunded or transferred. Please note that deposits are not applicable towards the purchase of retail products.

Appointment Cancellations/No Shows:

We respect your time and trust you to reciprocate. Therefore, we provide a reminder text four days ahead of your appointment to facilitate any cancellations or rescheduling. Should you fail to give us a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation, or if you don’t show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Service Refunds/Returns:

We regret to inform you that we do not process refunds for hair services. However, if you have any dissatisfaction or need an adjustment, please contact us within one week of your appointment. Such requests must be made within seven days of your initial service.

We will honour returns for defective products purchased within the last 30 days, accompanied by the appropriate proof of purchase. Please email us to arrange for replacement of damaged items.

Lateness:

We value punctuality, as we understand that both our guests and staff lead busy lives. If you foresee being late for your appointment, please inform us promptly. Unfortunately, if your delay exceeds 30 minutes, we may have to cancel your appointment, resulting in the forfeiture of your deposit and a no-show fee due to the back-to-back nature of our appointments.

Retail Product Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

Regrettably, we do not facilitate returns, refunds, or exchanges for products purchased either in-store or online.

We endeavour to provide accurate information about our products, including descriptions and specifications. Yet, we cannot assure the absolute accuracy or comprehensiveness of this information.
